VISITE GUIDATE, DEGUSTAZIONI, SCONTI SUI PRODOTTI ACQUISTATI
As part of a special promotion, the Province of Reggio Emilia is offering a tourist card that provides visitors with discounts in participating shops and for entry to monuments.
The tourist card is called Terre di Canossa Card and aims to promote tourism, especially targetting visitors arriving via the Terre di Canossa-Campegine motorway exit.
Alongside the more well-known castles and monuments dotted around the hills and linked to the figure of Matilda of Canossa, the Card includes the nearby Cervi museum in Gattatico and the Brescello museums celebrating Don Camillo.
The initiative is managed with the technical collaboration of the ‘Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori delle Colline di Scandiano e Canossa’ that has signed an agreement with the Province.
The Card bears an issue date and is valid for one year for the registered holder. The web page listing updated facilities and discounts is printed on the Card. Guided tours and tastings at vineyards, when available, are by appointment.
In addition to the online information, the Card comes with a printed list of participating companies and monuments offering discount.
A window sticker will indicate shops and outlets participating in the offers. An advertising campaign is planned.
